Sydney Mynatt is a junior at West Prairie Junior/Senior High School. This is her first year taking journalism, and she’s excited to share all the cool things happening at West Prairie. Sydney hopes to keep readers in the loop about upcoming events while also recapping the year’s highlights. She is especially interested in writing student-interest pieces for the school blog.
At school, Sydney is involved in cheer and FFA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and going to the gym. Over the summer, she traveled to Tennessee with her family, served as a bridesmaid in her brother’s wedding, and completed her CNA certification. She plans to look for a CNA job once the cheer season ends. After high school, Sydney intends to pursue a healthcare-related career in college.
