West Prairie High School basketball is wrapping up the season, with Senior Night celebrations scheduled for both teams on consecutive Thursdays.
The boys basketball team will recognize its seniors on Thursday, Feb. 5, when the Cyclones host Knoxville at 7:30 p.m. The theme for the evening is Jerseys, and students are encouraged to dress accordingly in the Crank Zone.
The girls basketball team will celebrate Senior Night on Thursday, Feb. 12, when the Lady Cyclones host Lewistown at 7:30 p.m. The theme for the evening is Hawaiian/Beach, and students are encouraged to wear beach-themed attire.
The class with the highest attendance in the student section of the combined senior nights will earn a pajama and popcorn day.
Admission is free for West Prairie students. Tickets are $5 for adults, $4 for senior citizens (60 and older), and $4 for students from other schools.
As of Feb. 4, the Lady Cyclones hold a 13-13 record, while the boys team stands at 21–5.
